5 B&B Befour: daydreams in the town of onions

Befour is a truly attractive Bed and Breakfast in Aalst. This former textile factory from 1900 pays wonderful tribute to the town's glorious industrial past. In fresh and elegant rooms, you are welcomed by one of the town's former mayors. Not literally, of course. But, the rooms have been named after them.

This is a unique opportunity to sample the activities that the onion town is so famous for. During the Second World War, many of the factories were destroyed. So it is a real honour to be able to stay in such a place. And that's how it feels between the stately walls. You will adore the high ceiling, stained glass windows, and all other references to the grandeur of those days. A lovely sauna adds the cherry on the cake.

From here, you can easily visit the many other cultural and historical hotspots in Aalst. Are you pretty fit and keen to take to your visit to new heights? Then don't miss climbing the old factory chimney that has been transferred into a climbing wall!
