You can see them close to the ‘De Notelaer’ pavilion on the river bank. It goes without saying that you will awaken in these unique cocoons with the breeze on your face and your eyes on the river.
These suspended tents are the creative brainchild of the Dutch artist Dré Wapenaar. Each provides shelter for two adults and two children. Each ‘pod’ creates an extraordinary spot for adventure, cocooning, relaxation or romance.

In 1878, at D’Ursel Castle, Duchess Antonine De Mun commissioned the building of a magnificent painting atelier. And now you may go there and lie on the bench. Or rather: on the exceptionally comfortable bed that has been prepared for you. Sound wonderful?
Here, you stay in a building that was largely designed by Antonine herself. Indeed, the duchess was a talented artist. So you dive not only into the workshop but also into her heart. You will dream sweetly under the watchful and adoring eye of her sister Alix. A portrait, painted by Antonine, keeps gentle guard.
